Grant Keenan is originally from Perth but has lived and worked in several different countries. He has worked in various places doing various jobs, including crewing on luxury yachts in the Caribbean! Grant is also a fully qualified head chef and even once owned and ran a gourmet cafe.
Grant is a passionate fan of all sports involving water – he’s a keen surfer, wake boarder, skier and fisherman. He is also into golf, table tennis and gardening, not to mention travelling! He has travelled to just about every corner of the globe including Indonesia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Panama, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Greece and South Africa.
If you were to ask for travelling advice, Grant would be the first to tell you that the most important aspect of travel is preparation. He is a firm believer in the fact that it is far easier to anticipate and prevent a delicate situation or problem than to have to deal with it once it has occurred. And when you’re miles away from home, even the smallest problem can become a major inconvenience!
