How Do I Get One?

1) Download and complete the following form according to the instructions on the form

Then email or fax the completed form to info@goworkabout.com or fax it to +61 862 678 184 as directed on the form.

2) Make payment by credit card or bank transfer

There is a section on the application form which allows you to pay securely via your credit card so simply complete it if you wish to pay this way.

3) Get your visa delivered

You will receive your visa by email, you will then need to print this and bring it with you to immigration in Australia (in the airport where you land). There is no need to have a physical visa sticker in your passport as it will be linked to your passport electronically. However, if you wish to collect a physical visa label for your passport, you can do this in Sydney International Airport or any Department of Immigration office (located in all cities).

* The process normally takes less than three days to complete but the Australian Immigration may choose to take longer due to criminal history, medical concerns or any reason at their discretion.

When Should I Get One?

Although the Australian Working Holiday Visa is normally issued very quickly, it is safest to arrange this at least 4 weeks before you leave. 4 weeks leaves enough time to sort out any issues that may arise from visa application. Once the visa has been issued, you must enter Australia within 12 months to activate the visa.
